The last scan was in the UK as it was handed over to customs for onward transmission to India.
India are having severe problems since October as per Royal Mails' own information. https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... t-bulletin

So it is most likely stuck in a backlog either in Indian Customs, or India Post.India

India Post has updated that certain restrictions have been reintroduced due to due to the current COVID-19 situation. Air, rail and road networks are limited, however, India Post continues to accept inbound international mail but cannot guarantee delivery standards on all mail types.

India Post don't seem to be tracking International Tracked items in India for the past few months.
Its happened to me several times now.
The only one which was tracked on India was sent Tracked and Signed
