My item has been at north West Midlands mc for 11 days now no update no sign of going to delivery office is it safe to say this item has been lost

What's the tracking number?

Is it going abroad? if it is, what country is it going to and what's the contents?

According to tracking on this site https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LM329133085US was a First-Class Package International Service so it may not be tracked through Royal Mails system unless it gets inadvertently scanned.

To double-check you need to go to an official Royal mail site or call their customer service number.

Also I can't see any delays in that part of the country viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&p=974006#p974006
