Unfortunately, you can't as they, as with most Mail Centres - do not have a customer section. You'll need to go through Royal Mail customer services.
But it looks as though the item was misrouted to Jersey and is on its way back to Northern Ireland MC. There is no indication that NI MC has scanned it yet. But there are delays between Jersey and the mainland at the moment.

TBT, it might be just down to the time zones but the scan in Canada 2 mins before the scan in Jersey makes me wonder if it's been sent back to Canada
