Hi my parcel arrived at Edinburgh MC yesterday at 5am and since hasn’t updated. This parcel was a present so wasn’t delivered as expected any help would be greatly appreciated

So this should have been delivered. I would urgently contact Royal Mail themselves to see if there is any reason for the delay, and to start the compensation process. But it is possible that the address label has been damaged and that's the reason for no more tracking. But the only real way to find out is to call Customer services on 03457 740 740
