Parcel sent to Leicester instead to Southampton
Hi,I really need some help.I bought a very rare expensive doll from America and today I checked the tracking and to my horror I found that my parcel was delivered to someone in Leicester.I'm in Southampton.How on earth do I get my parcel?The tracking number is EW008684558US.I emailed Parcel Force and they are not open over the weekend.The person in Leicester might bin my doll by then.

The parcel would have been delivered in Leicester if that was the address on the parcel.
The sender will be the only person who can explain that.
Either they have made a mistake or they have sent you the wrong tracking information.
The sender is the only person who can answer those questions.
If your parcel really is in Leicester and you want to contact the recipient. as you know their name and where they live they may have an online presence. Facebook?
