We have mailed out braille panels and blocks several times and despite 36point font addressing on labels that couldnt possibly just fall off
if ever they go via sheffield they seem to dissapear into oblivion never been recieved by recipient or carer-if sent by signed for they are just "weve got it" on tracking somewhere stuck in the system. i can understand these maybe are lost on occasion but 4 in succession 2 to the same addressee 14 days apart one to manchester and one to kt22 area.
are items for blind with p4558 labels on processed separately to mainstream 1st class. if anyone can shed light on where the lost items
maybe occurring.thx

Signed For isn't tracked as it passes through the system. Apart from passing through Sheffield MC, is there anything else in common with the ones going missing eg same Delivery Office, same recipient, etc?
