Case about my two parcels stuck at LANGLEY HWDC for over 10 days

Dear Sir or Madam,

I need your help with my two parcels that have been stuck at LANGLEY HWDC for over 10 days. they were both sent to the US: tracking number: RN657279972GB, I send this parcel on 7th Feb, there was only a cotton Hawaii shirt inside, I send it as a gift to America, the most recent state is Item Leaving the UK LANGLEY HWDC that was updated on 8th Feb. The other one was sent to the US as well, the tracking number is RN846405573GB, I sent it on 11th of this month, same stuck at LANGLEY since 12th. It is a pair of shoes. I can not contact royal mail, I have been to the post office but only got an invalid number. Could you please help me with them? Thanks a lot.

So not stuck at Langley, it was sent to the US on the 8th.

Thank you for your reply. I checked USPS is the continued when the parcels arrive in the US, but they said "Origin Post is Preparing Shipment We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece." Is that mean they have not received them yet. I'm really worried about where they are.

It means the items are stuck in US Customs.

Until they are cleared, USPS won't update the tracking
