I keep checking the tracking everyday but sadly no updates. I am aware some postcode have delays due to floods in Malaysia but the parcel isn't going to any of the affected postcode.
Content is letters, birthday card, a red enveloppe with local money worth less than £100, and a bracelet bought from Etsy as birthday gift.
Is there any reason why it's taking almost 3 weeks? Used the same service previously a few times and generally it takes barely 10 days from my post office to the destination address (even during lockdown)

Hard to say too much without the tracking. But looking at the prohibitions & restrictions for Malaysia, it is hard to imagine that bracelet getting past Malaysian customs:

On both the Restricted and Prohibited list it does mention.
Inorganic chemicals; organic or inorganic compounds of precious metals, of rare-earth metals, of radioactive elements or of isotopes
So it may be delayed if they are checking to make sure the gold is okay.
