Hello everyone I’ve just had an update regarding my item being sent to Portugal, can anyone advise me on what this means and what I do now? “Awaiting for Declarative Procedures”

Looks like it's now with Portuguese customs. When using the 17Track site:

Is there anything I need to do? As I’ve read online the recipient needs to send invoices of the items inside but they items are surprise gifts so I can’t provide those. Is this something I’ll need to do? Or will it continue on to the next step?
