Parcel stuck at Langley. RY277714030GB- Tracking number

Hello there. On 4 February 2022, I sent my parcel off to Malaysia. Tracking number RY277714030GB and it has been stuck at Langley for days. No new updates until today is 11 February 2022. When will it be sent off? Or if there's a problem, let me know. I need help. Please?

We are not Royal Mail, so we can’t tell you what is happening.

A delay at that stage usually means either:

1. Mail is backed up due to problems at the other end (e.g. recent issues in Poland).
2. The contents are suspected to contravene the UK’s Dangerous Goods Act and / or the customs rules at the other end, and have gone for extra checks.

On the second point, what did you send?

Unless you are a lot more specific than that, can’t rule out that it is being held for customs or legal reasons, as per my point 2 above. The fact that it is a gift isn’t relevant to this.
