I have a weird issue where my delivery is currently on “We’ve got it” status and it also says “We expect to deliver it on 03 February 2022 between 9:30 am and 1:30 pm”
The thing is however I haven’t received my parcel and this date is now the past. So my question is, where is my parcel then? Is it in transit or is it at the local office? This is using the tracked 48 services.
All the tracking history listed is this:
Wednesday 02 February 10:48 am Item Received Jubilee Mail Centre
10:46 am Item Received Jubilee Mail Centre
Tuesday 01 February 3:07 pm Sender despatching item
I live in Scotland, I’m not even close to that MC. I can only assume my parcel is just stuck at that mail centre I guess?
