Just wondered as my old passport 24 hour special delivery tracking details have been stuck on Your item is due to leave Warrington MC to go to Bootle and Seaforth DO since 25th January 2022, how do I claim a refund for the cost? And the refund wants a date the item was received - which as there are no further updates as of 1st Feb 2022 makes this impossible.
Quite a cunning plan really.

I think you might be claiming for the wrong thing.
