Parcelforce item stuck at international hub??

Hi guys.

Ordered a custom kids backpack from the states. Not branded, 30$ of value.

Item arrived at the Coventry international hub on Thursday 20th January 2022 but hasn’t moved since…

Any idea as to why?

Normally when an item reaches the hub, it gets passed to customs, who clear it and it’s on the way to get sorted. This looks like it hasn’t even reached customs?? And if it was to be held in customs, surely Parcelforce would update tracking as they state they would?

Could this just be a delay? Or can it be someone has stole my parcel?
