This is my first inbound mail and I'm unsure what is going on here if it has arrived in UK on Sunday but still not updated on RM tracking.
I understand it will go through Langley HDWC but 3 days on it's still not updated ??

https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/RN530853522NL this tracking page shows which company actually scanned the item. Currently, Royal Mail has not done so. That means its in Customs and to be honest 4 days in Customs isn't unusual EU-UK because of the change in rules last year.
