Hi, I have a package coming from the US via Asendia United States.
Unfortunately the address listed on the package is for my Estate as a whole rather than specifically my flat number and with a slightly different post code. I realised this when they sent through the tracking details. The sender said they couldn't do anything so as soon as it was in the Royal Mail system I asked to collect this from my local RM delivery office on 12/01/22. I went to get it and it'd already been listed "incorrectly addressed. return to sender". The sender says they don't get returns/are not set up to.
I thought that was it but then I've just seen a bunch of updates:
20/01/22 - "incorrectly addressed. return to sender".
21/01/22 - "item received"
22/01/22 - "item received" Greenford MC. "Due to be delivered today" Slough DO. "Item retention" Slough DO.
Is there anything I can do myself? I'm willing to drive to Slough DO.

We are not an official site, but if you can find the number for Slough DO and call them you may be able to collect it. Good luck.
