Hi Can anyone give me advice please, I posted two parcels on the 4th Dec going to Moscow Russia there has been no tracking since the 9th Dec which is saying parcels have left the U.K. and no updates since for both parcels. I am getting really worried as never usually takes this long….
Both parcels posted Internationally tracked and signed for, anyone have any advice?

It looks like there are delays in Russian Customs. There is an independent tracking website at https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/RN769891368GB and its forceasting your items as delivery between 29 Dec and 2 Jan. Its usually pretty accurate

Hello, I sent a parcel from the Uk to China on 17/12/21.
I tried tracking the parcel it says, “parcel now leaving the UK” when I checked the history, it shows that the parcel is at Langley.
Please what do I do about this? The tracking num is RN559880175GB.

This is the last tracking entry for your item:
Which means that on the 18th they put your item on the plane out of the UK, and the place where the last scan happened was Langley. It does not mean that the item is currently at Langley: quite the reverse, in fact.Saturday 18 December 2021
