International letter stuck at Langley
Hi, I posted a letter on 7 December 2021 using the Post Office track and trace and signed for service, and was assured by the post office worker that the letter would arrive at its destination by the following Monday. Nine days later, and the letter appears to be stuck at Langley HWDC. I have spoken to two customer service reps who both give conflicting information about my letter. Is anyone aware of any delays in letters/parcels leaving the U.K.?

The Post Office don't provide postal services, they sell them on behalf of Royal Mail and Parcelforce. Of these, only Parcelforce Global Express and Parcelforce Global Priority provide a guaranteed delivery time for destinations in other countries. Which service did you use? It will state this on your proof of posting certificate.
What is the exact tracking information?
Yes, lots of them, all at the destination country end. Look round the other posts on this site for a few examples or look at Royal Mail's International Bulletin (or Parcelforce equivalent) for a list of countries with delays.
