Hi,
I am waiting for my parcel sent out from UK to HK. The shopper sent out the item to Royal mail on 09dec and the last status was 14dec as this " Item Despatched to Heathrow Worldwide DC. Your item was delivered on 14-12-2021 Signed for by: BEA Greenford MC. On royal mail tracking page, it said my parcel is delivered.
I trust the parcel is still in UK, so what does this Delivered status mean? Thanks guys!

That doesn’t make a lot of sense. Could you tell us the tracking number please? Also, do you live in West London?

Could it possibly be in the process of being returned to sender?

Could it be that a load of parcels get delivered to a warehouse in bulk, from Greenford MC. It might be the reverse of when a load of orders arrive together in the same shipping container and then get sent on as individual orders

Hi, my tracking number is RV942014756GB, and I live in HK. Thanks for looking into it.Snaggletooth wrote: ↑15 Dec 2021, 15:55That doesn’t make a lot of sense. Could you tell us the tracking number please? Also, do you live in West London?

Sorry, I should have asked if the *sender* is in West London. It certainly looks like it from the tracking, or possibly North London.calender wrote: ↑16 Dec 2021, 00:01Hi, my tracking number is RV942014756GB, and I live in HK. Looking at the tracking on Royal Mail's website, it seems to me that this is what happened in summary:
1. Posted on 09th.
2. Returned to a Delivery Office on the 14th (this is when the signature dates from, not the last tracking point).
3. Re-sent by the Delivery Office on the 14th.
4. Put on the plane to Hong Kong this morning (16th).

So it looks to me like it is on it's way properly having being previously incorrectly returned almost to where it started.

Thanks a lot for your analysis. Do you know if I could use the same tracking number for tracking the parcel with HK post?Snaggletooth wrote: ↑16 Dec 2021, 07:52Sorry, I should have asked if the *sender* is in West London. Potentially, yes, but it depends on the service bought and how the local postal service handle it.
