Item stuck at Northern Ireland MC?

Hello,

I had an item sent out to me from the US which arrived fine in the UK, However it has since been sent back to the US & Now stuck on Item Despatched to Northern Ireland MC (Details below of each action shown so far)

30th November -
Item Received at USA

1st December -
Item leaving overseas

3rd December -
Item Received @ Langley HWDC

4th December -
Item has left our international processing centre (Heathrow Worldwide DC)

6th December -
Item Received @ USA (16:09)
Item Despatched to Northern Ireland MC (19:57)

However has not been updated since and unsure if there was any problems with the package?

It was due to be delivered to Jersey Channel Islands, and I couldn't find a contact email on the Royal Mail website to query?

Any help would be great,

The National Returns Centre is located in N.I. MC and looking at the timings it makes me think that possibly US customs have refused it entry into the US

The package is coming out of the US & should be coming over to the UK

I noticed that it left the US, arrived in the UK & then went back to the US / sent over to Northern Ireland for some reason, but then nothing after that

Is there anyway of finding out if it has been held somewhere? as I've not received any text messages other then the confirmation text that said:

"Your item from <Sender> in United States of America has cleared customs and is now entering the Royal Mail network for delivery."

which was sent on the 4th December

It may be a simple case that they are unable to read the address and if you complete a form they may be able to send it on to you. They are an official part of Royal Mail unlike us.

Ah thank you, I'll give it a go through that URL first and see what they come back with :)
