a pair of training gloves, a tartan skirt and a pair of pewter earrings.

I have tried checking on parcelapp too, but it's the same info I get from royal mail track and trace

I can't see anything on the restrictions list so it's probably a shortage of flights to Singapore

Singapore has plenty of regularly scheduled flights from a many European countries - including UK.

I appreciate that cargo may have different rules, but is a delay of 5 weeks really attributable to 'shortage of flights' ?

Its a guess by the poster, we are not an official site so we don't have access to the details of which flights can and can't carry mail.
