Re: In transit
I'm a Royal Mail Customer, so I don't have any expert answers.
However, when I have mailed items abroad, and they have left the UK after passing through Langley, the next update is usually a scan when it arrives in the destination Country. I'm not sure how long parcels spend in Customs in Cuba or how mail is tracked there - but I think it's possible the item has left the UK and been sent to Cuba, and is pending a Scan or update on arrival that might not have happened yet?
Just a thought...

Hi... I wouldn't be worried if it said that the package had left the country, but it worries me that it's still in England ...NickRMCustomer wrote: ↑11 Nov 2021, 15:41I'm a Royal Mail Customer, so I don't have any expert answers.

Re: In transit
Correct, it is still in the UK, but that might actually be a good thing. Royal Mail do pre-departure checks on some items, to make sure they comply with the law both here and in the destination country. Cuba are very strict, with a tendency to take or destroy contents, much better if RM spots an issue at this end. What is inside the package?

Re: In transit
That's an International signed so there is no tracking until delivery is attempted, its quite possible its delayed in Customs at either Cuba or here in the UK, its also possible that it has been delayed by lack of flights into Cuba. Flights to small countries has been an issue during Covid.
I don't think there is anything to worry about yet.

I have sent packages to Cuba several times and usually they leave England 3-4 days after leaving them in the post office :( And yes, the shipment can be tracked through the Cuban post office.TrueBlueTerrier wrote: ↑11 Nov 2021, 16:10That's an International signed so there is no tracking until delivery is attempted, its quite possible its delayed in Customs at either Cuba or here in the UK, its also possible that it has been delayed by lack of flights into Cuba.
