The parcel was acquired from the postie after I contacted the manager who sent it to me with another postie. This was scanned at the door. When I got it, I checked the tracking online and this confirmed that the first delivery had 'confirmed delivery'.

When received, the parcel had a tear in it so the contents were visible.

You can hear him click or beep his scanner walking back to the van.

He made no attempt to deliver it, you could see him glace left and right walking to the house.

I cannot see any defence for his action and he has a clear motive and grievance with me.

REgarding the engine running, the 2nd cctv shows this more clearly, he got out of the van as it was still rolling and you could see that the engine was not restarted before he drove off.

Police are investigating so I guess it is up to them to see what he says in an interview.

I am convinced that without CCTV my parcel would have been lost and I would have a hard time proving that I had not stolen it for an insurance claim.

the 11:04 delivery was the 'suspect' delivery.

Best of luck deeepeee. As I say, I have my own thoughts about this, but I can't agree with you publicly. I hope you understand.
