Hello please can someone help advise.
I sent a present to a friend, nothing valuable but it did take me 3 weeks of stitching. Covid brain I forgot to put a return address on it. It has been returned to the national return centre. From the website it looks like it will be held there for 3-4 months before disposal. I have the tracking number NY303691422GB but I can;t seem to find how you contact the centre and retrieve lost item. All roads lead back to has been returned to sender. Can anyone help advice please?

You need to return a lost mail form: that’s a P58inland (available from Post Offices) or the online equivalent on Royal Mail’s website. That will allow RM to reunite you with the parcel.
