Heathrow International LC / Item scanned on its journey.

HEATHROW / In transit, it's progressing through post network
2021-09-04 05:38
HEATHROW / Released from customs: customs cleared.
2021-09-04 05:37
LHR / Arrival of goods at destination airport
2021-09-03 21:33
HKG / Hand over to airline.
2021-09-01 15:45
HONGKONG / Arrived at hong kong hub.
2021-09-01 13:45


The tracking above is for a parcel i recently purchased from ebay coming from china.
It says "Shipment departed from airport of origin country" after it has apparently cleared customs, Is this just an error with timezones and updates being logged late?

Sometimes this can be due to various software not updating to the server correctly. But you could be right about timezone changes, but that kind of thing should be auto adjusted on the software.

I'd just wait till you get to "out for delivery".

Hope that helps somewhat.

According to the tracking it's now at Medway MC. Sometimes with stuff from China or Singapore the company sending it will send a container containing many orders over to a warehouse near Heathrow. At that warehouse, they break the container down into the individual orders and then post them into RM's system on a new tracking number
