Hi,
Wonder if anybody can help. I ordered a number of parcels from a few merchants, which I understand they posted over a number of days from the 23rd of august to the 26th. None of these parcels have turned up and I am at a loss as to what might have happened. Tracking information says it’ll only be updated when delivered. I really need the parcels urgently. Is there a way my local delivery office would know where these have got to? This is for the EN postcode area

The Blue but means it was sent on the "Signed For" service (used to be called recorded), these only get an acceptance scan and a delivery scan. Because of that unfortunately your local Delivery Office will not know where it is in the pipeline. However, the local DO may have a better idea of any local or pipeline delays
If you check out the Service Update thread it does look like there were some delays last week and the early part of this. viewtopic.php?f=6&t=100690&start=60
