Hi,in the hope that is someone here that can help me ...I have a parcel send it to me from China ,from the day the seller provided me with the tracking number WJ634834243GB, the status of the shipment is the same nothing has changed since,11 days now!!??
Is someone here so kind to help me find out what is happening with the parcel...i paid £ 1000 for this ,and I'm afraid not to be a scam. Cheers .

Thanks for the reply, from what are u saying seems like I need allot of patience.....the thing is that i ordered several items i the same period, even after and some of them are arrived or are in the UK....for this particular idem the tracking info is the same every day ,nothing is changed....Thank's again. If this is from China, it may be that its part of a consignment that has been palletised, and on arrival will be broken down and sent out by a UK distribution company. They sometimes do pre-register tracking numbers and when they do you will get the
"Sender despatching item. This item is on its way to Royal Mail. The sender has advised they've despatched your item to us" status that you got.
This is common for companies like Ali-express who import into the UK from China. Occasionally they have issues (as can be seen in the Customers forum). Also, China did suffer from some serious weather-related issues about a month ago so it could be caught up in that somehow.
As it's valuable, I would keep contacting the seller/sender.

I'll be honest China can be a bit hit and miss but if the company is reputable you should be okay.
I lived in Hong Kong for 3 years and reputation is the key for honest Chinese companies. You can put some pressure on them if you use "face" as a lever. This may sound weird but it just means mentioning you won't be able to give them a good write up in any feedback site they rely on.

Is frustrating because he told me that is going to take some time to recive the parcel, taking in account the events that are happening covid....etc,but he offered me a paid and faster postage service, and i agreed to pay an extra 72 pounds, that's why I'm a little bit annoyed about the situation...
