Parcel sent to Belfast depot for lost parcels
Hi a got a 3 parcels and 2 slips so they only gave 2 parcels this was few weeks ago a just checked its now away there how do a get it back am I. Scotland any help be great

If you know it's gone to Belfast then all you can do is to contact Royal Mail direct and officially and describe the parcel, its contents and any issues you are aware of.
Customer services then will enter this into a database, and contact Belfast and they will endeavour to sort the problem out by either returning it to the sender or forwarding it to the recipient.
