TWO ITEMS STUCK ON WAY TO ITALY. HOW TO GET ACTION PLEASE?

Both have now shown item leaving UK for weeks! Details below. Other items I have sent to not EU detinations E.G. Japan with similar paprework. arriving in about 1 week. My customer still wants the items How do I get them unstuck and sent or returned please? Thanks for your help. Mike.
