Item missing? (USA to UK, left Heathrow Worldwide DC)

I have an item that was sent to my from the US (USPS) to the UK. It has the following description:

I am not sure if this item is being held in customs, or if it might be lost in transit. This is just an envelope with documents, not a parcel. I tried to reach out to Royal Mail, but I was not able to get anyone on the phone, and the only other way is to submit a claim by the sender. I just wanted to see if anyone could look into this but was not able to find a way.

Any ideas on what could be happening here? I received other items from the US and usually, after it leaves Heathrow, it is at my door in a couple of days. This item has been in transit for almost a month so I am kinda suspicious about the current status..
