our package has been stuck at Jubilee mc Centre since 8th May and not moved - where is it - our tracking no is JK899691460GB

To clarify, we are not an official Royal Mail site so we cannot actually assist all we can do is offer advice.
I have removed your personal details as this is a public board, anyone can register. I would also advise you not to use your email address as a screen name.
I also moved your post as its a Customer query, rather than a postie joining our community
As to the actual query, on the tracking site there is not enough information to advise you whats happened you'll need to contact an official Royal Mail channel, through the phone, https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... tree-after by twitter @royalmailhelp or by filling one of their online query forms https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app/webforms/claim

@OP. You could phone Royal Mail Customer Services and ask for an update. (I'm realising why the call centre staff can sound unenthusiastic at times). There's one thousand and one reasons why your parcel might be delayed ... this is a useful board for getting pointers though
