Hello,
I posted a legal letter last week (Friday) for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm. On Monday morning, the tracking updated after 6am to say it was due to be delivered by the DO. Less than an hour later around 7am, the tracking updated again to say it was collected and signed at my customer service point (the DO). What does this mean? Today it's Tuesday, and the solicitors (recipients) are saying it still has not arrived. How do I find out who collected it? The name on the tracking isn't an employee of the law firm. And there's no reason anyone from the firm would have collected it at 7am because they didn't receive a pick-up card, and it's not within their working hours.
