Hi people,
not sure if this is in the right place please feel free to move it.
I sent back an amazon return to Italy, and it's been stuck in customs since march 5.
im getting pretty terrified as the item is expensive, and wish I didn't send it back.
it was sent international tracked and signed, and I'm getting no help from anyone. would you suggest it's lost?
