Yep. Like the two girls at our place who have second jobs because they can't rely on RM giving them overtime. They would love to give up the crappy lower paid afternoon jobs if they could get full time at RM.

there are boys in r office that are full time looking to do part time contracts now because they know there is enough work in a day that they can do a easy duty and rip the tights out of it,( take there time and get paid o/t)to make up there hours :crazy: :crazy: :crazy:

It sounds like that is the carrot that is going to be dangled in front of our part timers over the next few weeks. I have also heard there could be a cash lump sum offered to existing full time staff to vary their contracts to include sundays if they don’t get enough takers from the PT’s
That's exactly what's happened in our office. Two made up, both relative new starts, to full time hours because they've agreed to Sunday's.
