If you want them tracked you need to use a tracked service either 24 or 48 tracked or special delivery.Business15 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 15:43Yes and another one today, i had a great message from an honest customer saying "thanks for the fast delivery i got it today", it was delivered next day with Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels in Hertfordshire and of course not scanned again and if she wanted she could have got a refund of £30! If you read this correctly, you would see that all i would like is for it to be SCANNED ON DELIVERY like the service states "delivery confirmation".P13 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 16:09If you want them tracked you need to use a tracked service either 24 or 48 tracked or special delivery.Business15 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 15:43Yes and another one today, i had a great message from an honest customer saying "thanks for the fast delivery i got it today", it was delivered next day with Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels in Hertfordshire and of course not scanned again and if she wanted she could have got a refund of £30! If you had read his response correctly, you would see he is offering advice voluntarily and in his own time.Business15 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 18:29If you read this correctly, you would see that all I would like is for it to be SCANNED ON DELIVERY like the service states "delivery confirmation".P13 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 16:09If you want them tracked you need to use a tracked service either 24 or 48 tracked or special delivery.Business15 wrote: ↑02 Apr 2021, 15:43Yes and another one today, I had a great message from an honest customer saying "thanks for the fast delivery I got it today", it was delivered next day with Royal Mail 1st Class Parcels in Hertfordshire and of course not scanned again and if she wanted she could have got a refund of £30! You may not like the advice, and you may have a legitimate issue with the service, but this is not the place to get it sorted.
It's also not the best place to air your frustrations with the service, as people post here voluntarily; if they decide they no longer wish to address your posts, there's not much we can do about it.
