Hi,
I have two guaranteed next day 1pm deliveries that were due today. Sent from separate areas but both simply say that they were dispatched to Bristol MC and that's it. Customer service were useless. Can anyone tell me if there are specific issues at Bristol today? There was nothing specific to Bristol when I checked the service update on the RM site. I need my parcels before the easter weekend and have previously had items go missing in Bristol. It seems odd that both parcels are on their way to Bristol from different areas and have not arrived.
Any advice/info would be gratefully received. I really need to know whether or not these parcels are going to turn up.

It's quite possibly that they just run out of time to process them last night. It's been massively busy over the last couple of nights. With it being Good Friday week you've basically got everyone posting 5 days worth of stuff over 4 days
