International tracking not updating at all !

I posted a medium sized parcel to the USA on the 15th and it hasn't moved since!
Tracking number is LB826713093GB.

I'm losing faith with royalmail as I've lost alot of expensive items with them in the past.

What's happening with my parcel??

Okay, the first point - we are not an official Royal Mail site, so we cannot answer questions directly; we can only give insights and advice.

Second Point - Covid is still impacting Royal Mail, Customs, Homeland Security and USPS. 6 Days with no movement at the moment is not unusual for international mail. But there are many possible reasons for delays - it could well be the contents. Have you checked to see if it is on the Restricted or prohibited lists?

I just want to point out that that item does not seem to have arrived at Heathrow, let alone left the country.

It's not arrived at Heathrow, exactly my point. I understand their is a delay and we are effected but paying £30 for tracked postage with no updates is kind of frustrating. Any yes I know
and understand you don't work directly with royalmail, I'm just looking for advice like other people on here.

I paid £31 for a parcel to be sent International first class tracked to USA on 7th March, it seems to have arrived at Langley then vanished. USPS tracking says originating post is getting ready to dispatch.
It’s easter eggs for an autistic child. I’m furious, this is a lot of money for a lightweight parcel. You end up going round in circles trying to get a straight answer and i’m sick of the blame on everything else, Covid, Brexit, etc etc.
The post office hets a lot of money out of me every year. They need to get their act together.
I don’t want compensation or to complain, I just want my parcel to be delivered.
Where the hell is it?
The only thing that makes me feel better is that I am not alone. I feel for everyone else with the same problem.
