Currently trying to find out what has happened to my tracked item from China. Getting a red triangle but no additional info. I tried to ring the customer services line a few times and even stayed on the phone for 70 minutes but it went dead promptly at the closing time at 6pm. Not sure where else to ask so sorry for being cheeky.
I have attached a screenshot to show what I am seeing and it has been like this now for a few days.
At the senders end the tracking says that the item has arrived at the destination airport.
It isn't valuable moneywise but is a key part of a project I am trying to get finished. I have never seen this status previously.
Grateful for any help anyone can offer?

Is the tracking number in the format two letters, nine digits then two more letters? What are the last two letters?

Looks like one of them instances where the get imported into the UK with a load of other stuff in large containers. At a warehouse in the UK they break the container down into individual consignments which then get entered into Royal Mail's network as Tracked with a Tracked tracking number, they don't use the Chinese tracking number within the UK

To me it looks like an internal error in the tracking system of Royal Mail. The reason I think this is the item is tracking on another service https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/GV276327140GB
