Sent item to address that doesn’t exist, help!
I sent an item yesterday via Royal Mail tracked 48. The address on this was correct except for the number. I wrote 28 but it was actually 2B. Easy mistake but just my luck, 28 doesn’t exist! After googling, the Royal Mail website said I can change address on the app which I have been trying but the tracking number isn’t working. I contacted them on Twitter and was told I can’t change it. Can anyone advise me what to do? Really stuck here!

The process you are looking for is to "inflight" it, if the tracking number is now working you should be able to change the address, although you may also have to change the date as well.Bd28 wrote: ↑12 Mar 2021, 12:00I sent an item yesterday via Royal Mail tracked 48. Check also you have the tracking number correct it should be in this format LL 0000 0000 0GB
L = Letters
0 = Numbers
