Hi
I sent an important document via special delivery guaranteed next day. I checked the next day and it had been delivered and signed for. The government dept are now saying they haven't received this document. I've lost the original special delivery tracking number (as document was delivered and received I must have thrown it away) is there anyway I can get this tracking number again ?

Your browser history should have the URL address which contains the tracking number.

I wouldn't be too concerned, the larger departments always seem to have a gap from accepting the delivery, to actually updating their database. This is probably what you are caught in.Flossmac wrote: ↑09 Mar 2021, 10:20Hi
