!my two parcels stuck in Langley for over 2 months

My two parcels from China, already arrived in Langley and stuck in there over two months.

The tracking of EMS shows that item1: LB000264395CN arrived at Langley on 29-12-2020 19:39:00; item2: LB000264400CN arrived at Langley on 29-12-2020 19:39:00. However, I didn't hear anything from Royal Mail and custom. What's happening ??

Even the other two parcels sent from China at the same time, I have already received them at January 2021 already.

NO ONE CALL ME, NO ONE CAN BE CONTACTED!!

According to that those tracking numbers we have not recieved it yet, you have to contact the seller.
We may have it and because of the volume of mail and Corona ect it may not have been scanned our end.
Either way it's a lost item now, and it is now down to the seller.

It's probably a customs thing again as per all the other Langley queries, it's out of our hands I''m afraid.

It's stuck in custom clearance step, and I already told this through the cal with the officer in custom, they said them should be in the back-lock within the warehouse. Is there has any way to locate them? Are them in the warehouse or not?

The custom got a free hands, nobody check them? Their work? What they doing or not? Too much what they doing, its not fair. No contact, nothing. We are not a dog.
I understand if the items late 1 or 2 weeks bc of this crisis, but need to tell something..

No one said that, I know it is pretty a lot of work, it can be understood. However, it is just been way too long. I'm just asking is there has any possibility that you can find out about what is happening. There has no reason to overreact. No offence intended.

Customs delays were and are being caused by:

1. Pressure placed on staff due to BREXIT, dramatically increasing work load.
2. The pandemic creating staff shortages and in some situations parcels being retained due to government instruction from certain countries.
3. Changes in regards how VAT is levied on imports after 1 Jan 2021.

HOWEVER......It is disappointing that there is no official statement from HMRC regarding what is happening (or will be happening) with the 2 month backlog of parcels that are being held in storage. When is the backlog likely to be completely cleared?

It is understandable that this is causing distress for some people, as these packages may contain personal property which cannot be replaced.

So.. i spoken with royal mail and said i need to contact with hmrc customs... i contact with them i got a link to speak with someone from import export hmrc custom. He said my package at langley hwdc but it is parts of royal mail sorting center so i need contact with them and ask to go to look my package. So i am here again...

If rm dont have access who has? My family paid the postage fees for registred and priority and i cant get any information where is my stuff and how long or what i need to do for get it. Its horrible. And all people say different things. Royal mail said speak with custom, custom said speak with royal mail it is not funny. I feel nobady care our probblem..
