Does anyone know if a Business account printed 1st class or rm 24 is treated priority vs post office 1st class parcels in the sorting depot?

They have equal priority (unless the business one is Tracked 24)

All tracked items are treated the same no matter how they got into the network.
All 1st class parcels are treated the same no matter how they got into the network.
But both streams are processed differently.
All post by me in Green are Admin Posts.
