Hi,
I posted an SD today, not worried about it not getting there, but the tracking now says "Item Despatched to Royal Mail site". What could this mean?
I've never seen it before.

Without the tracking number to check any further updates my guess would be that its had a scan at Jubilee as they sent it to the next MC, but for some reason, it defaulted to "Royal Mail Site" instead of naming the MC.

SE095460818GB is the track number.
The same thing seems to have been displayed when it left South Midlands MC to go to the DO.

Yes, looks as though the tracking system is having issues, however, the actual item has gone through the correct offices (if you come under Leicester East DO) so it shouldn't cause an issue.
