Parcel from US
Usps state departed a transfer airport in Heathrow 07/02/21
I then usually get the package the following day.
However 6 days later it is still showing the same.
Telephoned both RM and Customs neither have it.
USPS have wiped their hands as state its in UK

As per previous USA - UK items its probably in UK customs, and there are delays which are outside RMs control.

This is not my first parcel.
Once UPS have updated to this I ALWAYS get my parcel within 24 hours. At the very least it should have updated where the parcel is!!

As above post has already stated this is not an offical rm site.. people will help where they can.

I've had that same message on one of my parcel since the 8th of January.

Another one from the US was posted on 10th of January and I've heard nothing.

It's incredibly frustrating but there is nothing we can do apart from wait.

I've received parcels sent after this from US.
It is usual in US for items not to update in tracking but once it gets to UK there's usually no issues!

Then you are lucky, as I suggested check previous threads we have many asking the same question and getting the same answer.

Not everything is stopped, but not everything will make it through without Customs decideding to check a particular batch or a singular item.

it ALWAYS gets updated when it gets passed to them if it has a tracking number.

Royal Mail - says not in UK
Customs - 3 different departments all say they can't help to contact original sending courier!

Has anyones parcel turned up after 15 days in transit from Heathrow?

Yes, as per previous posts check out other USPS customer threads in here. Some have delayed at least double your current length, at Christmas, it was even higher. I know it looks bad but the vast majority of items are being delivered eventually, just that some are badly delayed because of the impact of Covid and indirectly Brexit.

I sent a parcel to nigeria since jan 29 2021. By feb 11 update says parcel has left UK for the destination country. I was told at the post office that it would take 6-8 working day to be delivered to the receiptant. I have allowed over 2 weeks but no delivery. It took over 1 week to reach London sorting centre.
What delivery/ courier agent does the parcel delivery in Nigeria from Royal mail so I may contact them.
This is not satisfactory service.

did you ever get the item? im waiting 4 days on departed london no update - how long was yours taken in total?
