Package Missing???

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help me with a matter, I had a very special and expensive package which was supposed to be delivered by Tuesday on the guaranteed delivery by 1pm tracked service but nothing has showed up! I’ve been waiting for days for the package to move but it still has the same update as Sunday which is “Arrived at Tyneside MC” I’ve tried contacting customer support but they said they know just as much as me and cannot physically contact Tyneside for me. Can anyone help me or is my package lost in the wind???

They can't contact Tyneside physically, but they can contact them via a message system Royal Mail use, they can also contact the local delivery office to see if they have received it.

I personally would contact them again and if necessary ask them to escalate it. I would also try to make a complaint through this web form https://personal.help.royalmail.com/app ... tree-after -

You can claim at least the postage back now, even if it turns up (which it should) so I would at least do that.

Thank you.

I rang customer support two days ago and escalated it and received a call this morning saying they’ll get in touch with Tyneside, haven’t received another call yet so I’m guessing I’ll receive one in the morning
