I am expecting a parcel sent to me under 1pm signed guaranteed delivery. However on the tracking it is signed says “CV19” however it hasn’t arrived and I haven’t received it but on tracking it says it’s been delivered and signed for with that signature.
What shall I do?

Contact Royal Mail and explain you haven't got the parcel.
The scan gives them a GPS location of where the postie was when they scanned it.
As well as CV 19 it should have the name of the person who received it.

No I checked my bins, the road, my neighbours even went to my local post office none of them had it. I rang my sorting office and they said it’s been delivered from A to B but it doesn’t tell them what that B is. Or what address that B is.

Is that just the name of the parcel? That is the name I ordered the parcel under but I didn’t receive anything for it to be signed.

It should be the name of the person who received it.
The local office can tell you where it was scanned, maybe the person you spoke to didn't have the ability but a manager does.
So do RM customer services.

you really need to contact customer services as already said, they will then be able to locate the gps scan from the pda,
if i was guessing, it will show up 27 high st any'town instead of 27 high st some'town
if the gps does shows scanned outside your home, is it possible to have been taken in by another person, i'e a neighbour or if you live in flats someone living across which shouldn't happen with special deliveries but does.

thank you for the help. if it does turn out to be mis-delivered don't have a pop at the postie, probably under pressure and rushing about, my amazon food delivery was even delivered across the street today! i just laughed it off
