We haven't had a delivery of post in my part L17 for 13 days +(effecting 18 addresses in 2 lots of flats on the same walk, to my knowledge - my sister lives in one block), family in other areas of the same postcode are getting post. postie said they're not delivering mail because of parcel volumes, we've only had tracked stuff... 3 cards ordered 10 days ago have not arrived. I took to collecting but having a peek in the sorting area, and being an ex postie, looks to me like post is no longer being sorted. Worrying when people, including some neighbors, are waiting on vaccine letters, healthcare appointments etc.
Not sure what to do, we've been getting 1 to 2 deliveries a week for several months now but this total stoppage of service is getting seriously problematic, tried Twitter, calling, visiting... No help has been forthcoming, only a template response from RM.

In those areas that are temporarily affected by very high levels of absence, customers can expect deliveries at least every other day. It will only be in extreme cases when this may not be possible

No access issues as we have 1 large mail slot on the front of both buildings, there both old mansions concreted too flats. Also postie and the phg both said they're not delivering our mail. Cheers
