special delivery tracking number
i bought and paid for a special delivery on the 8/02/21 online and dropped the parcel off within 30 minutes. when i checked the tracking number later that day it says the parcel was delivered and signed on 15/09/20. 5 months before i posted it?

Ok.
But to be frank, we cant help without 2 things.
1. The tracking number, or at the very least the full output from the track and trace.
2. Knowing what advice you need, though I am guessing, in this case, its just confirmation you read it correctly.
I mean there could be many reasons for the weird dates but without see the tracking its impossible to even give a guess.

Looks to me as if the Tracking Number was reused for your order having been used for a previous package/letter. I'm going to assume you're in Leyland?

Of course they are- just read the previous reply. Looks like they weren't in when they tried to deliver and they'll do it again tomorrow. Honestly I don't think you've got anything to worry about - just the number itself because it's been reused is showing both deliveries.

yeah hopefully, i didnt want to send the person the tracking number incase they thought it was some kind of scam when they seen the delivery date.
