Posted international tracked 12th december from Salford 2020 to passport office Dublin arrived Perth Australia 23rd December.!! Still says it's there when I track it every day .. Envelope contains very important documents. Birth certificate etc raised a complaint but offered me £60....it's not about the money..just need all my documents back! No one can advise me anything except take the money and case closed . Any information/help would be great.
