Hi,
Last week I sent a document to italy international tracked and signed, it is showing as 05:09am
"Item Leaving the UK LANGLEY HWDC" last Friday.
Poste italiane tell me the item still has not left the uk. Let me say I do not believe poste italiane and I think the item must be
in an italian airport.
I wanted to know if anyone knows of any issues with delays at the italian end.

It will be in Italian customs, which might be located at an airport.
