Re: backpay
You can keep it along with your Christmas stamps, killer shoes, un-waterproof coats & cheap scabby face masks, shambles

Re: backpay
It's a bit kind to call it spin.
It's a downright lie.
48% of eligible CWU members voted in favour of the agreement.
52% either voted against it or didn't vote.
If this was an IA ballot guys like Martin would quite rightly be all over statements like that.
Now he and the rest of the union via Facebook are posting it up as factual information, draw your own conclusions.

Re: backpay
Think 50% is threshold for ballot to be legal.

Re: backpay
no it wouldnt hold as required percentage not reached
going to be loads of unofficial actions coming re this agreement lets see cwu defend its members against their own recommendations
parcel duties made up with shortfall from letters ha ha
its the small parcels that impact walk times ,half the staff dont take large packets as it is its the increased volumes of small packets that impact times on delivery
just look at top shelf on frames there not going into parcel duties
shambles coming

Re: backpay
To some degree it'll depend on the template that RM ultimately decide to use for the max size of "small" before a parcel gets classed as "large"hans solo wrote: ↑04 Feb 2021, 08:59no it wouldnt hold as required percentage not reached
